Arrington Funeral Directors’ highest priority is always the safety of our families, community, and staff. We know you continue to hear and see news reports about the coronavirus (COVID-19), and some of its effects around the world and in our own country. We are monitoring this rapidly evolving situation closely and are following the health guidelines for funeral homes provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
As an extra layer of precautions for you, we suggest staying at home if you are sick, washing your hands often, covering coughs and sneezes, and being aware of high-touch surfaces. We are supplying extra hand sanitizers throughout our facility and have spoken with our cleaning service to add extra cleaning measures.
For our at-need families, we can provide the ability to make virtual or online arrangements if this would be more comfortable for you and your family. For the public, if an individual is unable to attend a service, we will offer webcasting for any service in our funeral home.
Simply put – we are going to do everything we can to support and protect you and your family during this time. We will continue to monitor the CDC guidelines as well as state and local official guidelines.
