Paul David Weaver

Paul David Weaver, age 89, died Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at West Tennessee Veterans Home in Humboldt, TN. He was born August 26, 1927 in Crockett County, TN to the parents of George and Nettie Marsh Weaver. He was a member of Northside Assembly of God Church and former member of Bemis Pentecostal Church and Abundant Life Church.
He moved to Jackson in 1959 and later retired as the owner of Cain Sales. Mr. Weaver was involved with many civic clubs and was very active in the community. He served in the Navy as a Seaman First Class and was a WW2 veteran.
He is survived by one son, Daryl Weaver (Helen) of Burkburnette, TX, and one daughter, Darlene Creasy (Bobby) of Jackson, TN, eight grandchildren, Janna (Scott) Trevisan, Dewayne (Traci) Creasy, Holly (Brad) Webb, Becky (Shane) England, Heather (Alan) Castleman, Chris Weaver, Wesley Weaver, and Jo Weaver, 17 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren with one due in July. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 66 years, Annie Laura Weaver, one grandson, Daryl Evan Weaver, and one great grandchild, Jaiden Star Weaver.
SERVICES: A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2017 at Arrington Funeral Directors Chapel with Pastor Randy Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens Cemetery with military honors. The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Arrington Funeral Directors.
Those serving as pallbearers will be Scott Trevisan, Dewayne Creasy, Wesley Weaver, Matthew Smith, Ryne Potts, Dominque Harris and Devon Richardson.
