Funeral services for Mary Margaret Mullen, 64, will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 28, 2011 in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors with Barney Crews, officiating. Burial will follow in the Beech Bluff Cemetery. Mrs. Mullen died on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.Mary Margaret, a native of Jackson, TN, was born on December 24, 1946, the daughter of Georgia Stanford Stubblefield and the late Aaron Stubblefield. Mary was known best through the Whitehall Family Restaurant, a relationship that lasted for over thirty years. She later opened Mary?s Keepsake Ceramics at the same location and operated that for five years. She later worked for four years with the Jackson Madison County Schools in food service. Mary was dedicated to her family and friends and had a passion for helping others in any way that she could. She was a member of Beech Bluff Baptist Church.She is survived by her daughter, Donna Livingston and husband Chase of Jackson, TN; her mother, Georgia Stanford Stubblefield of Jackson, TN and a sister, Rose Marie Miller and husband James of Jackson, TN.Pallbearers to serve will be Keith Bowman, Larry Bowman, Clint Bowman, Chad Bowman, Scott Bowman, Andrew Bowman, Robert Hayes and Mickey Land.Honorary pallbearers will be James Miller, Willard Hayes, Jimmy Stanford and Arvie Stanford.The family is requesting in lieu of flowers that memorials be directed to RIFA, 219 North Highland Ave. Jackson, TN 38301.A special thank you is expressed to Dr. Eugene Reese, physician and friend of thirty years.
