Linda Lee Welsh, age 72, died on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at her residence surround by her family.
Linda was born in Martins Ferry, OH on May 22, 1947, the daughter of the late John and Jean Firm Lentz. She was retired from the Department of Housing with the University of Toledo and was a very active volunteer working for Literacy.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years Tom Welsh of Jackson, TN; a son Todd Welsh and wife Marie of Arvada, CO and three grandchildren, Emma Welsh, Colin Welsh and Aiden Welsh.
She was preceded in death by her sister Carol A. Clarke.
SERVICES: A funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 with Chaplain Mike Dennison officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM prior to the service.
The family is requesting that memorial contribution be directed to Hospice of West Tennessee.
