Mrs. Lina Gale Albright

Services for Lina Gale Albirght, 80, will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, October 5, 2012 at the North Jackson Church of Christ with David Powell, Minister officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Albright died on Monday, October 1, 2012 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Arrington Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Liberal, Kansas, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Lina and Hope Sandusky Harwood. She was a graduate of Turpin High School in Turpin , OK. She and her husband lived most of their lives in Tyrone, Oklahoma, where they were member of the Tyrone Church of Christ and were active in numerous community activities. She kept the record for the Tyrone City Cemetery for fifteen years and was a member of the local Lions Club. She enjoyed Bowling, Fishing and playing Bridge. She and her husband spent the winters in South Texas. They moved to Jackson three years ago and became members of North Jackson Church of Christ. She was a member of the Quilting Group of North Jackson Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband of sixty-two years, Wayne Albright of Jackson, TN; a son, Steve Albright and wife Janice of Jackson, TN; a daughter, Pam Olney and husband Zack of Glen Burnie, MD; two brothers, Richard Paul Pelton and wife Dannie of Turpin, OK and Duane Pelton and wife Ellen of Turpin, OK; Cousin, Susan and Larry Dees of San Antonio, TX; four grandsons, Kevan Albright and wife Sharon, Tanner Albright, Matthew Olney and wife Susan and Michael Olney; four great grandchildren, Merit Albright, August Albright, Zacharia Olney and Ryan Olney and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers to serve will be Kevan Albright, Tanner Albright, Matthew Olney, Michael Olney, Larry Dees and Zack Olney.
The family is requesting that memorial contributions be directed to the Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch P.O. Box 1890, Amarillo, TX 79174.0001.
The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, October 4, 2012 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Arrington Funeral Directors.
