Edith Pearl Fesmire RushFuneral services for Edith Rush, 84, will be held 3:00 P.M. Monday February 28, 2011 at Arrington Funeral Directors with David Powell officiating. Burial will follow in Hollywood Cemetery. Mrs. Rush died Saturday February 26, 2011 at Jackson Madison Co. General Hospital.Edith was born April 16, 1926 in Henderson Co., TN the daughter of the late Locie and Lizzie Parker Fesmire. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ beginning as Highland Ave then Allen and Edgewood and currently North Jackson Church of Christ. She was an employee of the Frances Shop retiring from Brashiers Bridal.She is survived by her son Michael Rush and his wife Missy of Germantown, TN; granddaughters Robin Maguire and husband Bob of Jackson, TN and Kathleen Maguire of Kansas City, MO.; a great grandson Drew Rush of Jackson, TN. and Susanne Trull and her husband David of Jackson, TNMrs. Rush was preceded in death by her husband Robert B. Rush and a grandson Todd Rush.In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be directed to North Jackson Church of Christ or charity of donors? choice.The family will receive friends Monday February 28, 2011 from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
