Carlton Thomas “Tom” Daigler
Carlton Thomas Daigler passed away Friday, January 3, 2014 after a lengthy illness. He was born February 18, 1941 in Clarence, N.Y. the son of the late Carlton and Elener Daigler. He graduated from Clarence High School and received his degree from Bryant University in Providence, Rhode Island. He married Kathryn “Kash” Quinlan Daigler and recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They relocated to Gallatin, TN in 1971. He was a member of the Gallatin Lions Club and is a member of the Knights of Columbus # 10010. The family moved to Jackson in 1993. Tom is a retiree of Bekaert Corp.
Tom is survived by his wife Kash; a son, Michael of Knoxville, TN; a son, Kevin (Jody) of Southaven, MS; a daughter, Nancy Sack (Phillip) of Auburn, AL; a brother, Richard Daigler of Charlotte, N.C.; Seven grandchildren who dearly loved their Grandpa, Jackson, Nicholas & Bennett Daigler; Connor, Brady & Lauren Sack and Ryan Nichole Daigler of Chicago, IL.
He was preceded in death by a sister Jeanette Karcich.
Tom loved God, his family, playing golf and the Buffalo Bills. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Church Window Restoration Fund – 2887 East Main ST. Humboldt, TN 38343 or charity of choice.
The family would also like to thank the staff of Maplewood Healthcare for their care and compassion.
SERVICES: Memorial services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Humboldt, TN with visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M.
