Anne Marbury Leonard

Anne Marbury Leonard, age 77, died on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Anne was born in Jackson, TN, on July 24, 1937, the daughter of the late Owen and Juanita Sager Marbury. She was married to G.L. Leonard who preceded her in death. She was a former employee of Thomas, Ross and Stanfill and later the Jackson Airport Authority. After her retirement she spent much of her time volunteering and assisting others.
She is survived by her son, Buzz Wilson of Odessa, TX; a brother, David Marbury (Terri) of Jackson, TN; two grandchildren, Brooke and Paige Wilson and their mother, Jennifer Wilson of Austin, TX; nieces, Allison Badgett and Alicia Marbury; nephew, Beau Surratt; great nieces, Madelyn Badgett and Anna Badgett.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a sister, Anita Surratt.
The family is requesting memorial contributions to be directed to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
